These Website Terms of Use and Disclaimer (Terms) govern your access to and use of rendiostrategies.com (the Site), owned and operated by Rendio LLC (Rendio, we, us, or our). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Privacy Policy: Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose information. By using the Site, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

Educational Purpose Only — No Professional Advice: The information on the Site is for general informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, investment, accounting, or other professional advice. Eligibility: The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18, have legal capacity, and will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

Confidentiality and Communications Submitted Through the Site: Communications submitted via Site forms or email are intended for Rendio’s internal use to respond to inquiries and provide requested information. Communications through the Site are not guaranteed to be secure and do not create a client, advisory, fiduciary, or other professional relationship. Third-Party Links and Social Features: The Site may link to third-party websites or social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X/Twitter). Those third parties operate under their own terms and policies. Rendio does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, practices, or policies. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

Tools, Illustrations, and Calculator Outputs: From time to time, Rendio may describe, demonstrate, or provide access to tools (e.g., calculators) or illustrative materials. Any outputs or illustrations are for educational purposes only, are estimates based on assumptions you provide or that are otherwise noted, and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for your situation. You remain responsible for independent verification and for consulting qualified professionals before relying on any outputs.

Accuracy; Availability; No Warranties: While Rendio makes reasonable efforts to keep Site information accurate and up-to-date, we make no representations or warranties—express or implied—about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the Site or its Content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Rendio (or its members, managers, employees, contractors, or agents) be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Site or Content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rendio’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed $100. Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rendio and its affiliates, and each of their respective officers, managers, members, employees, contractors, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your use of, or activities in connection with, the Site or Content

  • Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation

  • Your infringement, misappropriation, or violation of any third-party rights

  • Any content or information you submit or provide to us

  • Your misuse of any category-specific materials shared via direct link

Termination; Suspension: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, without notice or liability. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

Governing Law; Venue (Utah): These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Utah County, Utah, for the resolution of any such disputes, and you waive any objection to such jurisdiction and venue.

Changes to These Terms: We may update these Terms from time to time. The Effective Date/Last Updated date above reflects the most recent changes. Your continued use of the Site after any changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Miscellaneous:

  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

  • No Waiver: Any failure by Rendio to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision.

  • Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

  • Headings: Section headings are for convenience only and have no legal effect.

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rendio regarding the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications on that subject.
